The headline suggested he was bothered about being left out in Horners estimations but the actual article was a non-event
Yeah, I saw the headline and thought he had reacted but he answered everything like anyone else would have.
Be interesting to see if they go for the latest one they used in testing, but couldn't get much mileage on it, or the one they used at the start.
Compared to some of the players we've had since he left (Micky Quinn, Danny ****tu, Nathan Ellington), John Barnes looks like a pin-up boy for Slimming World.
That's rubbish. In Kate's Dirty Sister, Randy Mandy and Kinky Kylie, Vettel was the best driver on the grid. In Julie, Kate and Lucious Liz, he wasn't.
Lol just off topic for a second, looks like Sky f1 has officially become the new crash.net lol. The posters I've read are flipping crazy, so much hate with the Seb and Lewis fans that it's comical On the Horner subject, I counted 4-5 actual valid posts and the rest was all flame lol. Looks like Sky will be getting the full "F1 treatment" after all, such a shame...
That story must be one of very few that doesn't include a churlish little byline/subtitle in the report. Does the computer randomly pick out a word to use like "Important", "Hungry", "Weight", etc.? What is that meant to achieve? Is it supposed to alert you to what's "important" in what you're reading? This is the 'Webber's fitness' report in full: Is the repetition just to make sure it goes in?
Informational article from Gregory Haines on GPupdate. Gary Anderson thinks some of the teams have written to FIA for clarification on whether they can do what Red Bull is doing with its rear wing - probably the early morning rear wing that they were keen to hide in Barcelona. It may be in relation to the slots that are widely believed to be illegal. He also mentions burned sections of the bodywork that by rights shouldn't have been singed. Kovalainen is fully expecting to get into Q2 on merit from the off. Plenty of kerby type changes including speed bumps at turn 4 and other measures to keep the drivers on track. etc.
I wonder who he thinks will get knocked out in Q1 then? Toro Rosso and Sauber say their cars are better than last years, while Force India and Lotus say they're confident. Even Williams and have said positive things. Hopefully Petrov will be one of those knocked out. To be honest I don't think Caterham have done enough for Kovalainen to get into Q2.
I've already read a post from Sebastian today and he says that they have already adjusted a few things on the car which affected performance on the last day and that it has been rectified for this race weekend.
