I thought Rangers (and their fans) said that "Nothing had been proved yet" in relation to the charges of Tax "avoidance"?

So this is an appeal as Gers were basicaly found guilty?

That's why I mentioned it in the OP, Rangers have already been found guilty and this is the "appeal". Call me what you will but I thought youse were pure innocent?

HMRC accuse people all the time without any evidence. If you watched taxman Vs football you would understand this
