Great performance away from home last night. No sign of the players heads dropping after Saturday. The unbeaten run stretches to 10 games, we're back in the playoffs and still have a game in hand over 6 of the sides in the top 10. It's great to be able to come on here and not have to sift through all the negative posts we usually have after games!
well when you put it like that it all sounds great excited for the end of the season, grab a few goals then we can do it.
Ten matches unbeaten in a league like this is a great achievement, no matter where we end up at the end of the season. This is one of the best seasons in the clubs history regardless of whether we make the play-offs and with a local lad in charge that is something else to be proud of.
I just noticed Zaha got a red card in Palaces last game and he would of certainly been a danger man for them. Lets get that win on Saturday.
OMG....Mr Positive again. lol !!!! Its already serious mate but a win saturday and tuesday and the Top 2 will be within touching distance.
Correct. ZAHA got a straight Red @ Burnley last saturday. Missed that out from a post on monday but yes he is. Dont forget Paul McShane will be missing as well yet some may feel it would be better for us if he played.
Everyone was complaining about lack of goals and dropping points etc before the game, but my prediction for the last six games were 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses, which equates to 8 points. Instead we've stayed unbeaten throughout and grabbed the same amount of points.. strange how one game can change you attitude towards the previous 6-10.
If Palace back off, give the midfield (Koren especially) time to collect the ball, turn and move like Cardiff did, we will do as well on Saturday as we did last night. I thought we could have had more last night and it wouldn't have flattered us.
Between King, Brady, McLean and Stewart, Nick now has options next to Koren. Plus they can all play anywhere, in Brady's case even in Koren's role. If we can keep them all fit for the rest of the season we can look forward being in the mix come May.
