    Sam, going forwards I advise you get onside with all the manager-speak. Being a team-player is best practice if you want to add value to your bottom-line. It's been good to touch base <ok>

    Same in my office. We are all given billability targets which if we don't meet we get a bollocking. My target is 95% but last week I managed to scrape together 48% <laugh>

    The managers all have targets of 10-15%.

    We keep getting all the usual about health and safety. The latest was a guy who crashed on the motorway after being in cruise control at 70. Someone pulled into his lane, he panicked and spun out. They are focusing on not using cruise control instead of the fact that he used his handbrake instead of his footbrake. At 70mph. In the rain.
