    Ingredients
    1lb dressed tripe
    pepper and salt
    4 tablespoons butter
    1 1/2 tablespoons flour
    1 pint milk
2 large onions, peeled and chopped
    sprig of parsley
(see measure conversions for more information)

    Method
    - Wash the tripe and cover with cold water in a saucepan.
    - Bring to the boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
    - Remove from the heat and pour away the water.
    - Put the tripe into a clean saucepan and add the milk and onions.
    - Bring to the boil and then simmer for 2 hours over a very low heat.
    - Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a low heat and add the flour.
    - Then add the milk from the tripe and make a white sauce.
    - Season with salt and pepper.
    - Add the tripe (and onions if liked) to the sauce and reheat.
    - Serve garnished with parsley.

    You seem to like tripe.

    FRENCH FRIED SKUNK

    2 skunks, skinned and cleaned
    1 tablespoon salt
    water, to cover
2 cups bearfat or 2 cups lard
    2 egg yolks, beaten
3 cups milk or 3 cups cream
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons baking powder
    Change Measurements: US | Metric
    Directions:
    Prep Time: 20 mins
    Total Time: 1 1/2 hrs

1 Clean and wash the skunks, making sure that the scent glands are removed.
2 Cut up into small serving pieces.
3 Put a soup kettle on the stove and add the meat.
4 Cover with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat.
5 Lower the heat and boil until the meat is tender, about 40 minutes.
6 Remove all the scum that rises to the surface.
7 Make a batter by mixing together the egg yolks, milk, flour, salt and baking powder.
8 Mix real good until the batter is about like cake batter.
9 Heat the bear fat or lard in a deep fryer to about 360 degrees.
10 Dip the pieces of skunk in the batter and then fry them in the deep fryer until golden brown.
    11 Drain well and serve.

    Ingredients
    2-3 tablespoons lard
    4kg stallion of bull testicles
    2-3 onions
    1 clove garlic
    peppercorn and ground pepper
    thyme
    mint herb
    milfoil (plant)
red ground seasoning pepper or tomato puree
    hot chilli pepper to taste
    salt
    mix seasoning
    1 tbsp plain flour
    200ml white wine
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 squares cooking chocolate
    Method
Cut testicles into thin slices. Fry briefly, adding finely chopped onion, garlic, black ground pepper and chilli. Cook while gradually adding water. When nearly finished, add white wine. When wine evaporates a bit, add mix seasoning, pepper, thyme, milfoil, red pepper powder, mint herb and a tablespoon of flour. Mix all well until wine completely evaporates and at the very end add honey and chocolate. Instead of red ground seasoning pepper you can use tomato puree. Tomato puree is used to get red colour, so don't use ketchup.

You spew a lot of bollocks so you must need some sort of supply.

Moderators if you got a job this site wouldnt be such a big thing to you. Seems to be a backslapping, uberfriendly site with self satisfying moderators. But i fear this is the direction the mods r taking it..
