I have no doubt that we will be automatically promoted, and most probably as champions, but you are probably too optimistic about the better goal difference. We are nine points, and eight goals, better off than Sheff Utd. For them to catch us they need to win three games while we are losing three. That would immediately cost us a minimum of six goals out of our current advantage, and if a couple of those results were by two-goal margins then Sheff Utd would be equal on GD but ahead by virtue of more goals scored.
