Dan Seaborne to play for the Development Squad Today

Glad to see dan back, but doubt whether he will ever get in the first team again.

 

Puncheon is utter garbage. The guy provides absolutely nothing in terms of assists or goals. He can't keep possession either. So he better not be behind ****ing Puncheon

 

these games are a great chance for the youth players (6 today I believe) to play alongside more experienced pros, shaw must have learnt alot playing alongside jaidi for example- but I thought the delopement team was to play more games against european teams , thats why we pulled out of the reserve leagues

Great result 6 0. Always good to hear from Martin Hunter how the youngsters learn from the experienced pro's
and how he enjoyed today how the pro's perform and put in a performance.

My cousin was at the game today and he was really impressed with the return of Seaborne.
He looked nice & composed on the ball and was heading the ball as normal. Didn't hold
back and got smashed in the face from a ball and collided heads with another player.
He noticed this as the bloke next to him said to his mate " Well that answers those questions we had "
Staplewood was very very busy today with a lot of people there ? to watch players.
He noticed a few faces which may be interesting with the loan window closing soon.

He noticed a lot of the pro's hung around to watch the game and seemed to have banter with Seaborne
with a lot of back slapping. He said it was great to see how much of a team they all were and how
it must of been great for Seaborne to get 70 mins under his belt.

He also said Barnie & Falque looked sharp.

All in all a good result with a player coming through his first game & pro's performing and showing what they
are made of.

 

Seaborne was a terrible signing.

He only cost us an alleged £400k, for that I can't argue too much. I've seen far better, but I've seen far far worse, even at this level.
