Sibley on Twitter: "At Staplewood for the U21s fixture against Crystal Palace. Radhi Jaidi, Lee Barnard and Dan Seaborne all set to feature. #saintsfc" The Team is: Bialkowski; Stephens, Jaidi, Seaborne, Shaw; Chambers, Ward-Prowse, Isgrove, Falque; Hoskins, Barnard.
Glad to see Sibley's still employed (see rumour on other thread). So pleased for Dan, because a night on the tiles has cost him dear. He's missed a terrific season and not sure how he'll fit in now. Best of luck to him.
GOAL! SAM HOSKINS scores with a great effort from 25 yards that nestles in the bottom corner. Saints U21s 1-0 Palace
Good to see Also, I'm happy to admit I'm wrong RE: Sibley, just thought I'd post it as I heard about it
Brillant News to see both Jaidi and Seaborne on the team sheet. Hope all goes well Seaborne big day in your recovery today. Are these games always behind closed doors ?
You're the same guy that said Fox was out for thr season. I suggest you keep your bullshit to yourself next time.
It's hardly my fault is it the information is wrong? I hear information, I pass it on but I never say they're right and that you should go and full out believe me but don't rule it out just yet
Good to see them playing again, but let's be honest, Seaborne, Jaidi and Barnard will not play for the first team again.
Falque with a goal and an assist so far. I wonder how far away from getting in a match day squad he is?
These fringe players won't get into the first team unless there are a few injuries or suspensions. The team is virtually set in stone, with one or two swaps. Just shows how injuries at the wrong time can change your future.
@Simonrows Simon Rowson @officialsaints that line up isn't U21's .. Only good youngster there is Stephens. Clearly this guy ain't heard of Hoskins, Shaw & Ward-Prowse then
Well, Lallana is definitely ahead of him. But Guly is not liked by some fans, Chaplow hasnt been at his best, de Ridder is a super sub according to Adkins, because he rarely starts him, and Puncheon has been out of favour a bit. Falque has a massive chance.
You have to admit that is a decent looking line-up for what I would say could even be described as our 3rd XI. Just goes to show the strength in depth that we have at the moment
