It it helps I don't bet BUT went for the 2-1 on our predictor & topped me mates this week <whistle>

Oh dear how the mighty are falling.......or maybe bursting. Just watch the 1st 5 min again & ask yourself why a card wasn't given. By 1/2 time most would have been down to 10 <doh>

We were decent tonight, Arsenal had 1 clear cut chance which was a routine save for Krul. Shambolic defending at the end, we somehow went from time wasting at the Arsenal corner flag, to being hit on the break <doh> But still, never expected anything from the game, we move on.

Lead down to 7 points with a worse goal diff, but if we'd MO'N a month earlier who knows?

Still think their run-in is easier than ours so catching them is unlikely now, but it could yet be close...

dont think so, two shots on thier goal 30% possession, Perch at left back,Cryaby not interested, only ones with any metal was Jonas and Williamson whose heading was brill, and after the first 20 mins Ben wasnt afta running anymore

Ben Arfa? Just don't get him took his goal really well however for the rest of the first half he looked more likely to set up an Arsenal goal than a Newcastle one. Kept giving the ball away stupidly. I can see why Pardew doesn't start him. The only player who really found themselves with any time on the ball was Obertan and what a waste of space he was.

Mags worked really hard tonight but I think Arsenal did deserve it. It was their sheer will at the end that got them the goal and as has been mentioned above some shocking defending from Newcastle at the death. They had a throw in by the Arsenal 18 yard box, shocking.

Well we always knew arse would have all the possession. i think we stuck to our gameplan decently for large parts of the game, but i'll never understand why we always revert to long ball, when we play so well with it on the ground ffs.

I thought RVP was poor today, only scored cos Williamson is a total donkey, too busy winding Krul up maybe <laugh>

What I should have said was they only really tested Krul once, maybe twice from what I can remember. If they miss the target that's down to their poor play.
