Anyone see Kenny talking about this story today on sky, he made the reporter look like a tw*t, more bullsh*t form the papers, Lugano telling Suarez/Cavani to come to PSG is cr*p as he is unhappy there himself and is likely to leave,as he cant even get in the team.
He's played 35 games this season for one of the best teams of all time. He's started more games than Iniesta, Pique, Puyol and Pedro. I think some of those have had injuries but he's only played 1 less than Fabregas and 2 less than Xavi. Don't really blame him for walking out on us during the Hicks, Gillet, Purslow and Hodgson era. At least he moved on to something genuinely better, unlike Torres. He was probably MOTM in his last game against Arsenal and gave 100% that day just like he did every week, he obviously felt that he needed to do something drastic to force a way out and get his dream move. It wasn't a nice way for him to leave but it was understandable.
I could totally understand Suarez leaving. Would you stay in a country where you're branded a racist? You do have the love from your fans but if within a year-and-a-half you have served a 9 match ban for something that is internationally seen as abhorrent then you may want to take your chances elsewhere. And, what REAL progress have we made? I suspect he would've been assured of challenging for 4th place this season when, in all fairness, we've been way off since the start of the season. Did you know, for example, if the season had started on January the 1st we'd be in the bottom 3? £35 million and lose the barracking of away fans for being racist, I think he would take it and I think LFC would take it.
I agree. It was far more understandable than the torres affair. And ill hold my hands up and admit i had no idea had played so much....Everytime i see them he seems to be on the bench or getting time at the end. I dont hold no beef with Masch, him leaving opened the door for lucas.
The article seems to have mashed two sentences together. I would love to pair up with him. I would love to play for PSG; just like I'd love to play for any big club. It's up there with the bbc, running with only Suarez name regarding Arsenes weekly whine about penalties. He mentions two players but sticking Suarez in your title guarantees all the Mancs will read your story (while tutting and hurrumphing and running to log on to the LFC thread of mot606...) There will be 10 more stories before the summer.
He seems to play centre back quite a lot so he can go unnoticed in that Barca team. He probably plays further up the pitch than he did for us though. Fair enough. We might not know the whole story though, a bit like with Meireles and Torres.
So it wasn't Suarez: Biting another player. Cheating in the world cup. Swearing at the Fullham fans. Constant diving. Lying to his team about shaking Evra's hand that made you see his true character? Amazing. The longer you keep him, the more he'll continue to drag Liverpool's name through the mud. Before the whole Suarez affair, most football fans would agree Liverpool was a great club with prestige, but the way you have handled the this affair and how some of your fans blindly defend Suarez, it has put your club to shame.
Thanks for that, I'm sure they've never heard anyone put that argument towards them before. Just because we think he is a twat doesn't mean they have to.
Not sure which is more disturbing; you're obsession with our club or with Suarez. Do you spring one everytime you read his name?
Everything I said was a fact. Your immature comments doesn't dispute anything I have said. The truth hurts.
Moral high ground from a gooner; go check out a few moral "facts" about your club. If they were all choir boys then by all means come back & continue sermonizing. If not? Have the dignity not to come back at all.
An Arsenal fan complaining about Suarez cheating during the World Cup, forgetting that Henry, a legend of his own club did exactly the same thing.
