Don't believe everything you read on the MSM. This may be the view of one particular Chairman of whatever club, but not necessarily the over-riding view of the 'gang of ten'. What is particularly evident is that their view is that the 'thieves' WILL go into liquidation and, at least temporarily, they will have the power to render the ridiculous 11-1 voting system null and void. So much for democracy but both Celtic and the 'thieves' have had the monopoly for far too long and the so-called self-preservation by the old firm must now end forever for the good of all in Scottish football. The idiocy in some comments in regard to a share of gate monies will NOT happen. The bigger clubs would never let this happen, never mind what Celtic's view may be. What is most interesting is that Celtic have said nothing on any of the matters. Mr Lawell and the team of advisers at Paradise will be ready in waiting for any repugnant issue which may develop and I'm sure they will come out with all guns blazing if need be. The only issue for me is that the thieves may be granted a back-door re-entry to the SPL by the gang but, as far as we are all aware, this decision can only come from the SPL board-on which Celtic is represented???????
There are many more developments which will undoubtedly unfold over the next few weeks and I am quietly confident that once the SFA are outed, the police enquiry is over and HMRC are finished - the thieves will be NO MORE, at least not for a very long time.

Fair post Hoops, however i do not believe the sHun will be gone for very long, even if they liquidate. I think the powers that be will bend over backwards to help them and they will return quickly in one form or another. As for the SPL board, any ideas how their voting system works?. I know Celtic are represented on it but does it have to be unanimous, majority or a percentage vote?.

The current voting system requires an 11-1 majority to be carried, in effect Celtic and Rangers voting together can stop any motion being carried.

Dev, I was asking about the SPL board vote, [on possibly letting them stright back in], are all clubs represented on it? I thought there were only six on it. What way does the voting work with them?

Not sure, they seem to make it up as they go along. But I do remember reading that only 6 clubs get a say on this issue.

This gang of ten clubs , have an evil planned dish on offer. Their meeting without Celtic looks ominous. Equal sharing of gate money
is not on the agenda but what about 75/25, surely that would cripple Celtic. What is they propose something like that and a soft easy
way back for The NewHunsHMRC eleven into SPL. I am amazed of their new found interest in SPL 2, what has inspired that? and why
could Celtic not be involved in forming it. They will be looking for Celtic to mostly finance it.
