Looks like he's played his last game for us then. Shame, I always really liked him, especially in the relegation season when he ended Van der Sar's clean sheet run!

Didn't mean to post this on Norwich as well! Sorry Norwich boys!

    I've got to admit, I don't know a lot about him <sorry>
Was he a big player for you?
Will you miss him when we visit?

4th/5th choice striker when everyone's fit but can play wide and offers decent pace and is a pretty smart player.

I don't think we'll miss him too much tactically but he's a popular player and it's a shame the fans probably won't get a chance to give him a good send off.

I have always rated him, but if we can do better than it doesn't bother me that much.

Seems like a nice guy and I'm grateful for his 17 goals in the championship season but hes way past it now and nowhere near up to the standard of a premier league player, would still do a job in the championship IMO and I wish him all the best.

Worries me slightly. Outside of Ba, Cisse and Shola who else are we going to use up front? Ranger?

Nice bloke, good professional, just not a very good Premier League player. Doesn't cut it at this level and never really has.

He often goes completely misssing during games, and that's a result of not having the tactical ability to get into the right spaces.

A good player who always gave his best and played with his heart on his sleeve. However he wouldn't cut it in the Prem and I think the best thing for him to do would be to go back to Scotland and play for a decent team in the SPL where he'll still be able to do a decent job.

I would hope so, a really genuine, likeable guy.
