Is he going to get done or not? I haven't seen it but have heard he kicked Barton whilst play was 35 yards away.

Had this been Barton, god help us! It seems to have been hidden by the media, however the referee and linesman missed it, so if there was any justice in the world, it would have been put in his match report.

    Anyone seen it?

  3. I know i will most likely be shot down for this, but if the refereeing had been good yesterday, Tiote and Fuller would have both been sent off.
So in a way, it helped us.

Why would have tiote been sent off, heard he shouldn't have been booked, and that the Stoke players got away with a lot as per usual.

Tiotes first booking was harsh, he nearly got booked for a 2nd and that would have been equally harsh. Would have been a very undeserved sending off imo.

Havent seen the Fuller incident unfortunately.

Saw it live and couldn't believe no action was taken. The ref had to have seen it.

  7. His booking was harsh but he was taking down players un-necessarily when we were 3-0 down and the game was lost. His frustration got the better of him.
He took down 3 players, 2 from behind, without even touching the ball. Whether he did or did not deserve to be sent off, he was lucky. He's such a stupid **** at times.
I like the aggression in him most of the time, but he needs to know that dropping players, despite the fact that the geordie faithful love a tough player, doesn't make up for getting suspended.

He could have easily been booked for more than 2 rash challenges.

  11. Give it a rest...

I love Tiote, but i'm not going to be 100% on my knees sucking his cock like everyone else. He's not perfect, and needs to know the difference between taking one for the team and hunting down players un-necessarily.
I wouldn't have complained if Tiote got sent off.

I thought Tiote deserved a yellow at some point, but the one he got was shocking!

I would've...As Leazes says, his booking was harsh, none of his challenges were especially bad, just needless, so it would've been a sending off for 2 petty fouls!

We dont all think that King Tiote!! <yikes> You are perfect, most of us know it!

Tash you dick, he could be listening!!!

I, personally, hadn't seen this! If true (anyone got a link) then it will be shocking if there is no retrospective action taken.

    Reported in th eChronicle

    http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/newc...cardo-fuller-lunge-is-blasted-72703-28375191/

ALAN PARDEW has hit out at Stoke City striker Ricardo Fuller after his cowardly off the ball swipe at Joey Barton at the Britannia Stadium.

The Scouser – as expected – endured his usual rough ride from the home fans in the Potteries and barely flinched despite the intense provocation being hurled in his direction when trying to take corners and set-plays.

Barton also suffered similar treatment from Stoke players to that of the away trip to Wolves back in August when Karl Henry carried out a series of brutal fouls.

At Stoke, Matthew Etherington only escaped with a yellow card for a cynical foul on the ex-Man City man but it was Fuller’s sneaky attack behind referee Lee Mason’s back that incensed Barton after being booted in the air by the former Southampton man.

The Chronicle understands that the FA are unlikely to look at video evidence in the same manner that earned Barton a three-game ban earlier in the season for a clash with Morten Gamst Pedersen.

Pardew told the Chronicle: “Joey becomes a target for home fans on away days for us – and everybody else in the game.

“He handles it particularly well. I thought he played very well.”

Mason had his back to the incident at the end of the second half but the foul would surely have earned a red card if he’d have spotted it.

To add insult to injury, Fuller put the lid on the game with a goal just moments later.

    Pardew said: “I saw it.

    “It was clear.

“Fuller just kicked him – it was obvious.

“All Joey then did was try to ask Fuller what he was doing.”

Toon fans were just happy to see Barton back on the pitch after a two-game absence with a thigh injury.

The midfielder tried hard to make United kick and almost scored with a free-kick in the second period.

But while the defeat at Stoke was disappointing for the 2,750 United supporters, they will at least be happy to learn that Barton came through the game unscathed and will be fit to play against the same Wolves team who targeted him do brutally in August.

But as the reports says, the FA are unlickly to act. The usual double standards
