They are for a good team but this Liverpool side actually does worse against the minnows. They'll end up bottom half if that trend continues.

They had Sessegnon and Cattermole out and you couldn't beat them or even draw.

    God damnit Liverpool.

Thanks for the easy 3 points fellas. Some of your kind on this thread gave us no chance, indeed one **** stained scouse bell end said you would make arse wiping paper out of us but as it turned out, the only thing to actually wipe was the expensive shower of ****e from the NW.

I will enjoy seeing 'little old Sunderland' pass you by over the next few weeks.

When are these former 'big clubs' going to take a long hard look at themselves and realise that we just aren't intimidated by you anymore? You've lost ground we've gained it along with a number of other solid premiership sides now - get used to it.
There was little between the two sides today and you barely forced a save in 94 minutes - you look pretty ordinary without a fully fit Gerrard to drive your midfield.
Anyhow I make that 4 points from you this season, to your one from us, cheers!

    Ha'way the lads.

    Well done Sunderland today <ok>

Clubs can only become former big clubs if they are overtaken in revenue, success and worth by other clubs.

Utd,Arsenal,Chelsea and City in revenue and worth combined can call us a former big club due to their own stature in financial terms.

our success tells its own story.

    Ha Ha'way the lads.

    I am a betting man :d

It's amazing how form can carry you away though, I stil fancy Liverpool to have a strong finish to the season to be honest.

Have to laugh at how highly a lot of your fans rated yourselves at the start of the season only to be two points ahead of us in 7th in March.

Tbf mate you said to me the other day 'you'll be a true bitter 'on here or something along those lines, but Moyes imo has done a great job and apart from 2 of his 10yrs hes finished the season strong so it would be worth you as a bluenose having a flutter.

    <ok>

I thought the Liverpool defence today was weak, especially in the first 30 minutes. Evertons defence look a really well organised unit. Everton are our hoodoo club as well. Can't remember the last time we beat them especially at Goodison. I think for us (Sunderland) top 8 would be fantastic for us especially when you consider where we were when Bruce took over! Can't see us finishing above Liverpool or Everton but hopefully we will be close and finish the season well.

I dread them usually but I fancy us for this one even at Anfield.

Though in Derbies form goes out the window doesn't it?

Just hoping if we do get beat it's fair and square and not down to the referee
