pretty unspectular performance. untroubled in the first half, but bristol did raise their game second. good save by marshall for the bristol chance which preserved the 3 points, like i said before malky has signed a good player in lawrence, he did his job today, disciplined performances, we need whitts playing further forwards, but i'd rather him going short to receive the ball then all the midfielders pushing on leaving the centre backs no option but to hoof it long. far too many long balls for my liking, however when we got whitts on the ball in dangerous areas we caused problems, an excellent lobbed through ball and a stone wall penalty on miller was turned down. miller put a shift in today and it would have been nice for him to get a goal, worrying that he isnt really getting many chances, but he would have scored if he wasnt illegally taken out by the defender.. overall, tidy passing in midfield but we didnt create a hatfull of chances, this match was all about the result..
**** it you know when your luck is going against you when you lose 2-1 with two own goals. And how did that linesman get a job, even the commentators were confused with some of those throw ins??
Very hard done by there - draw probably would have been a fair result, but I thought we looked the more likely to score the winner before the second scummy deflection. That's the way it often goes when you're down in the ****, but hopefully the lads will keep up that level of performance because it was good enough to stay up.

Cardiff were due a bit of luck & it arrived in the nick . Every time Cardiff try to exit the playoffs , they get dragged back in . A win against Hull & they'll be off and running again .
we didnt deserve to lose that, but the fact is we did, now we've got a really hard game against pompey away and we defiantly need 3 points and i just dont think we ill get it there, our home form is going ot have to keep us up and last night i seen enough class to keep us up, all we need is that bit of luck like cardiff had, never mind. still 4 points above better than being 4 points behind COYR!
