They had a few reduced in Waitrose last night, I couldn't leave them there. This one is 6.5% and quite drinkable, I wouldn't fancy a session on it mind. I feel the need to **** off home.

Has its moments.. but the general public can be complete ****s who clearly having only ever lived in one and sold one house know far more about values and the processes involved in selling houses..
