I know this is stating the obvious but this is going to get messy

"It has stated it has already bought the season tickets from Rangers FC Plc, not loaned the club money"

Serious question: why are the administrators so desperate to keep hold of players who are out of contract in the summer when they have **** all to play for? Surely it makes more sense to let the likes of Healy go rather than pay him for another three months, regardless of how much he's earning after the wage cut.

It's not as if they are going to want to keep him for another season surely?

I know, and most fans would be happy to get rid of an ageing striker and give a boy a chance.

    Too many 'unknowns' for me.

Is this all because of something Tom English said?

The same Tom English who said "Rangers will not enter administration because Craig Whyte has said so"?

I think it's beyond question now that D&P don't have a ****ing scooby, they are asking for buyers to come forward despite the fact that Craig Whyte is Rangers majority shareholder (85%), now I never claimed to be a business expert but how can they sell the club without Whyte agreeing to the sale?

So the only thing Ticketus have to worry about is the club being liquidated?

It seems that way, maybe Craig can get them to loan Rangers some more money to keep them going.

So if I've picked this up right, ticketus are arguing that the 3.6M is their money, money they used to buy season tickets and as far as i can tell they still want to keep the season tickets but at the same time get some of the money back?

Some Rangers players have a clause in their new deals which allows them to walk away for free if Craig Whyte regains control of club!

No not really, they are saying that they "Own" the tickets, then did not "Loan" anyone money for them, they have "Paid" for them.

But he already controls the club as majority shareholder? Does that mean they will be leaving today?

Right so they are wanting refunded then? they can't have both thats no how it works you don't pay for something then ask for a refund but want to keep what you bought anyway.

Well i'm sure if they get their £24m back they will be happy to give up their claim to ownership of the Tickets they have paid for.

Speculation I know but it depends on what guarantees Ticketus were given when they agreed to purchase. If there is a danger of liquidation and/or these guarantees not being met, Ticketus may be due compensation from the club and are therefore seeking to have the £3.6m or whatever, frozen - just as a couple of the other creditors have done for various amounts owed prior to administration.

Not according to Ticketus, that's why I said it was getting messy. They will be fighting tooth and nail to get as much cash back as they can and so is everyone else. Dave King wants £20m, Whyte wants his money (not that he paid any), Whyte's "Shell" companies want Money and the administrators want that money too (the £3.6m).

Ticketus are confident they have a cast iron contract and time alone will tell.

Ticketus are considering making a bid for Rangers.

    No, I'm not joking.
