What's going on with this then - all seems to have gone quiet.
First the decision was due last Friday; then it was this Tuesday, now it's gone very quiet.
I wonder if this judge had ordered something from Amazon and been told it would arrive last Friday
whether he would happily accept being told that he would just have to wait.......
Why can the legal profession get away with things like this when there is no way they
would accept it if they were getting a service from somewhere else. Totally unprofessional to my mind.
How much does he get paid - and doesn't he understand the concept of delivering on time???
If I told my boss that the task I'd been targeted to do last Friday wasn't done and
    I didn't know when it would be I'd expect to get a bol****ing - I expect he'll just get
added to the honours list - what a country!!

Decision delayed = more money to the leaches.

I wish they could just say 1st June is the court date, gives everyone 3 months and a decision will be made with no right of appeal. If we dont get the stadium I can semi accept it but we need an answer before the cost cripples the club and there is no club as just last year we made a loss of over £12m. We also need an answer to start planning on either moving to the new ground or start looking at redeveloping.

And if the stadium gets turned down, SL is going to sue the pants off of the council for selling him worthless land and for the case costs which will then probably bankrupt the council. The council will then need to cut costs on everything and put council taxes up to cover the cost so the local people will suffer yet again. So yes if the stadium doesn't go through it will effect the city in more than just sport.

i suspect other plans are ongoing in the background for other sites or even redeveloping the gate in case AV falls through. i cant see your board sitting around putting all eggs in this basket so i wouldnt be suprised that if AV falls through that there would already be a plan b in place and announced straight away not to leave you all disappointed <ok>

The delay seems to have been caused by the allegation that someone has offered a bung to the the protester. I dont agree that others have the right to vandalise his property, but is an offer of 'compensation' illegal?
