Right, I'll be off to bed soon. I didn't really know what to call this thread. I was just thinking today with the sad demise of the Newcastle board how I miss some of their good posters. OK, some of them do still come over. Jarramag, Sombrero, Agent Bruce, Hot Pockets the horse welder, lol. Everyone solid gold imo. Some who are cracking people we never here from now. Aldridge Prior, Overseastoon, Gutierrez right boot, Lady E, LTF, Secret Ingredient, Little Geordie, Simonbh7. That's just off the top of my head, sorry to any I've missed out, Jesus the Geordie is another. Bloody hell, I even miss Tash. Some of these folk do keep in touch with me now & then via PM's. Some more than others. Some have told me why they no longer come on but PM's will remain just that, private. From our side I really miss Jorvic Joe but he has his hands full. Maybe I'm just being a soft, soppy **** but I think the site is worse off for the loss of these good people.
Big Geordie Dave, and particulatly Sombrero, are two Mags who I have respect for..Jorvik Joe is a top bloke, and I truly hope that things improve for him and their lass..
We've lost to many of our own good posters to worry about the lack of mags.... We still have Warm pouch and Jarramag from their side who are canny... Although if i had to single out one mag poster that is a shame to have gone its Simonbh7.
Yea Simonbh7 is indeed a cracking lad. Posted this belter a few days ago Whining mackems What is it with our unhygenic neighbours? They escape from SJP with a hardfought, but fortunate, point, and all they can do is whine like a bunch of little girls. I suppose when you look at the example they are being set by their manager and players you can see that they just follow like sheep, with no independent or original thought. They see their Hobbit-like manager (horrible little maggot), crying that some of our staff entered the referee's room at half time. An accusation that seems to be without any foundation or proof and one which has been catorgorically denied by Alan Pardew. Then you have Lee Cattermole, insisting on having the last word with the referee, like some moody teenager argueing with his mum. Even though he was fortunate to still be on the pitch after his cowardly 1st minute assault on Tiote from behind. Gardner was constantly whining at the ref at every opportunity, he reminded me of a child pestering its parent for sweets. And campbell, whose most noteable contributions were to try and incite a riot, give away a penalty, and collapse with an imaginary injury so that he could waste time and gain some respite from the Newcastle onslaught. (England number 9, you're having a laugh) So I suppose that it is little wonder that the fans continue whingeing and whining about the game. They criticise the referee yet choose to ignore that fact that he was incredibly lenient with Cattermole, denied us at least 2 nailed on penalties, and allowed the keeper to move at least a metre off his line before Ba had even got near the ball to strike the penalty, to name but a few of the complaints that we could levy against the ref but choose not to. It is much easier to slag off your rivals than it is to accept that, yet again, their team has only managed to get one point from the six available from the derby games. I am sure that everyone remembers back in the summer, their arrogant boasts of them signing Champion's league winners, while we were signing foreign nobodys that would crumble when the weather turned cold, and a striker who's knee wouldn't last more than 5 matches. How they would push on from last season and challenge for Europe, while we would suffer "2nd season syndrome" and be fighing relegation. For the second year running they have had their arrogance rammed back down their throats by us taking 4 points and remaining unbeaten by them for yet another year. It is also much easier to slag off your rivals than it is to accept that both Sausage and little lee have badly let them down by their petulant behaviour. They will now miss the club's biggest game for years, and so making it a difficult prospect for the rest of the team. But by whining and crying like they are, they prove something that we have known for many years. Most sunderland fans hate Newcastle more than they love their own club. I guess this is what happens when you are permanently living in your neighbour's shadow. So let's have a good laugh as they scuttle back to the darkness, grumbling and complaining, and making excuses for failing to win a derby for yet another year, cos in the summer they will start the boastfull predictions all over again.

To be honest I've been disappointed by the two-faced posting of a lot of lads I thought were decent on one forum but complete haters on another. Ah well, I guess it's the way of the world where people are smarmy to your face and spouting **** behind your back.
For what it's worth I think you'll find the invasion of the GC mob forced a lot of the regular posters on the Toon board over to a new Forum. Of course a lot of them just lost interest altogether and don't post on either board now.
If you feel comfortable and secure thinking that , I'm glad for you. Grassing him up? I'd call it giving him publicity! He's great with words and sums up my emotions perfectly.
Where did 5-1s stuff come from. I prefer to wait till the last game is totally finished before blowing the ol trumpet but he has some fair points jus misplaced on this bit. Have to live in hope
See 5-1, that's why i liked Simon...... Ok his piece is utter bollocks imo, but being thick skinned i can take it.. He put thought and effort into it... Plus i was alays interested in how his lad was doing on stage, hoping he'd make it big time..
Sorry Billy but I find the majority of them utter ******s with blinkered **** opinions. They view us with contempt and give us no credit for our achievements. You mention simon7? Read his pure cak above and see what a total **** stain he is too. They pretend to be reasonable on here they scurry off to slag us off over there. I tend to offer them what they deserve for this two faced approach. Lots of rich abuse.
