    They were sensational Bill.

Were it not for De Gea playing like superman, could have been 6 or 7.

Muniain is absolutely fantastic, they've been going very well in La Liga as well.

Just want them to gain some kudos, Bilbao like ourselves, have been undersold and underated for years, time for the twin teams, of the red and white, to attain, and it will happen.

They are definitely on the rise Bill.

The new stadium is nearly ready, and that will be a massive move forward for them commercially.

The spine of the team, Irazioz, Amorebieta (missing tonight, and absolute hulk of a CB), Javi Martinez and Fernando Llorente (as well as Muniain) could be sold for close to £100million.

They are a club going places, great, boistrous fans as well.

Bilbao are pretty much my Spanish team, links with sunderland etc.!

btw, does anyone know how Real Sociedad and LEvante are doing atm? It's just that I'll be in San Sebastian in a couple of weeks for their game, will it be any good? And will the tickets be expensive?

    Not at all mate.

Levante, bizarrely, are fighting for 4th(!), but are starting to find it tough, they've had an incredible season.

Sociedad are struggling a wee bit, but they rarely sell out, expect to pay less than 20euro.

San Sebastien is a very pretty place, as a sidenote.

I've been there once before (for my uncle's wedding), but only for a couple of days, and it rained the whole time as well! But I still loved the place, Basque is a little weird tho...

Beautiful bay there Bill, absolutely stunning.

The best seafood you will get anywhere in Spain, the stuff down here in the south isn't in the same league, despite costing 5 times more!

    Never warm up there though!

Was working for Airbus in Toulous, Bit of a drive, but was well worth it, money should be no object, when having a good time. and was not badly off, then again check out the prices here. shocking.
