This is the interesting bit for me

What disciplinary action can they enforce?

The only thing I can think of is barring them from entry to the Cup next year.

It's pointless fining them - they'll never get it.

The difference with the SFA fining them, is that they can enforce it easier than most other creditors.

If Rangers owed a pie company money, the company refuses to supply them, and they go elsewhere for their business.

If Rangers owe the SFA, the SFA refuses to allow them to compete in their competitions, and Rangers... are ****ed.

Liquidation is inevitable. They'll fool themselves that a newco carries the lineage of Rangers.....But it won't. whatever happens with a newco, Rangers shall be dead. You can see the machinations going on to make life as easy as possible for a new club but I still believe that they'll start in the 3rd.

They need demoted after liquidation if it comes to pass. Will be an entirely different company. Then no matter what they say it will be starting from year zero.

You hear the BBC interview tonight?
