I know what you mean, by the time I get the kids home from nursery and school its gone 6pm. They're in bed around 7:30pm and then it's the usual tidy up. I can't get to the gym before 8pm and after an hour or so's session I don't get to eat until nearly 10pm. I might have to start going on the morning where I don't take the kids in. That way I can get to the gym at 6am and do a decent session before work.
Yep, if i'm busy with work, by the time i get back and cook dinner, it's already 8ish and i can't be bothered then. I really should do it at lunchtime, but there's so much to catch up on...but if i really wanted to, i'd make time...somehow. The weeks are just a bit too busy at the mo so it's easy to put it off..silly me
Well now got to wait for an appointment to get an Ultrasound scan on my ankle then get referred to a NHS phsyio and start the process all over again, the Doctor actually asked me what do I think would be best a MRI or a scan how the hell should I know So it's a case of hurry up and wait
Doctor: "you appear to have a bit of a hurty on the sticky-out bit of your leg". I can't believe doctors have all this training to then ask the patient what is best.
One of the issues we have is that we do not have military Doctors here, the civilian Docs are very airy fairy IMHO! I suppose I have a lot to learn when I leave the RAF
Went to see the neurologist yesterday - don't have to go back for 6 months and hopefully I won't have any more fits in that time.
you do have to be lucky..that's for sure..the doc i visited with my pupil was amazing...never seen a doc like her...wish mine was like that!
