A quiet day on the news front so was wondering if you could swap a Saints player for another Championship player who would it be and why?

With our current squad I'm struggling to come up with many options. Maybe Whittingham or Snodgrass could come in but other than them who?

<laugh> yes, I can see Forecast playing in Snodgrass'es position for Leeds and Snodgrass being completely left off the bus for us.

I believe swap meant the same positions. I wouldn't swap anyone.

Extremely serious he is dross was ok when he was a big fish in a small pond but now in a team with better players he's nothing but a impact sub.

And Joey please tell me what he has done for the club since arriving?

**** all that's what just another number on the payroll I normally think you talk sense but on this subject your a complete plank.

You moron. Not very often I agree with Joey B but Sharp is a quality striker, just needs time to settle.

Would change no one because team unity is everything at this stage.

You can't expect every player to immediately hit the ground running after a transfer. For a lot of players, it takes time to settle into a new club, time to settle into a team, working out how your team-mates play, adapting to the manager's tactics, training regimes and fitness programmes.

You clearly haven't taken into account any of this.

You lot are seriously deluded it actually makes me laugh.

He has done nothing since arriving here.

Overweight, slow, and generally crap every time I have seen him.

We got a better player from a free transfer I never wanted Sharp he was about 4th on our transfer targets as well and IF we go up he won't even get a game as he is drivel.

Sharp has found it hard to find his place in a team with a strong forward line. I'm sure he will score a couple before the end of the season and next year will be even better.

Have you got a problem with him that goes beyond football by any chance ?

And by the way 25 goals in 49 apps in the last two seasons isn't exactly drivel considering he played for a side struggling in the division.

To be fair to Sharp, he's had Lee to contend with, who has hit the ground running [does he ever stop..?] and is forming a very good partnership with Rickie. It would be crazy to stop that partnership from getting better, and the players that suffer are the other strikers, particularly Sharp, who is still trying to find his position. Give him enough pitch time and I think he'll work it out.

    Strange question but no.

My problem is the bloke isn't good enough to play for us.

Look at other players who are picked from a so called "smaller club" and never perform and end up being sold off.

It's my opinion and I will say what I want.

He was bought after we failed numerous times at getting our main targets.

I want him to prove me wrong I really do but I just can't see him ever establishing himself here.

To be fair,Sharp is seriously overweight for a professional footballer, but I think he has got a lot of talent and he is a natural goalscorer he just needs to follow the 'Adkins diet' much like Lambert and the rest of the team have done.

Yes a bloke that leaves where his family has lived for years. A bloke that has moved from where his sons grave is after his son only died about 4months ago. Sharp shouldn't find moving hard at all and should hit the floor running. All this shouldn't effect him at all, it wouldn't effect us lot right?.

He must be just a **** footballer, end of the day what do footballers have to worry about.
