    And is it **** a 'fantastic' service. It's passable, but it could be so much better and more efficient.

    It's paid for by NI plus alcohol/tobacco taxes (something conveniently ignored by the health fascists who want to ban everything)

    Look up the cases of people with cancer in the USA who can't get any treatment after their health insurance company pulls the plug then you'll see the difference between "free" and "not free".

    Studied modernisation of the NHS with regards to New Public Management in final year uni, complicated doesnt even begin to describe this issue but I wiill say this, you try sorting it. Alot of people can complain but couldnt offer the first solution to fix it

    I can see the difference. The NHS is not free and the US system is not free. You don't get owt for nowt.

    There are loads of people in the UK with cancer who can't get treatment despite contributing to the NHS. Four of them were related to me. I saw the way they were "treated" despite fighting for this country in WW2. In any case the NHS has failed and should be replaced
