May amend it later!
Might be a little optimistic about our close and that of Birmingham, but it doesn't look too bad. 20 points from their final 12 looks about right for Reading...if they manage more than that, hats off to them for a stunning final three months.
Hmm, we're going to have to go on a pretty sensational run to get 91 points. Not saying we won't though. I did one of these about this time last year for League One - had us finishing 6th, with Bournemouth coming 2nd emoticon-0136-giggl ) and Charlton in the playoffs. I.e. way off with all three.
Well what the hell do you think anyone does when they fill in the BBC predictor..? If you don't do it properly, some teams show up as playing less than 46 games, which makes the whole thing pointless. Edit: Here was my table from just a few days ago [and put up on this forum in another thread]. You'll notice I also made a point of filling in every result..! Of course, I had us down as beating Ipswich It might be worth doing another wee prediction if results over the week are surprising.
I'd love us to get auto's but when I did it in glass half empty mood last night I got West Ham on 97, Reading on 86, and Saints in 3rd on 83. That was putting the WHU v Reading game down as a draw too. Anyway, let's try to stay positive and see what the lads can deliver. Even if we did finish 3rd, that'd be way higher than the majority predicted pre-season, and that'd also be the time the lads would need our full backing rather than us deserting or lambasting them. Lat
Well, yes that's the ideal time. I was sort of trying to illustrate that the Championship, in fact the entire FL, is unpredictable. Even runaway Charlton lost 2-0 at home, to Colchester.
Dont think your predictions are going to come off RLGB you might be right with saints second though but here's hoping you get that wrong also mate!
Looks good to me. I see you've got Pompey going down. If you saw my Predictor it came as a surprise to me to see Pompey surviving. Mind you, I based their results on their performance against us.
