Just to let you know (Pompey_Fan_London and guitartrax are affected by this) new players will be positioned in the table in the order that they post, for the purposes of Jokers and Multicards. EG saintrichie123 is positioned below guitartrax, then Saint Bazzra etc. <ok>

Joker Card. This doesn’t affect your total, but that of the player immediately above you in the table, as it will double their score for that fixture. Type a J after your chosen attendance.

Penalty Card. This DOES affect your score as it will multiply your score for that fixture, depending on your choice. If you play it on Match 1 or 2 it will be doubled. On match 3 it will be trebled, and so on. Type a P after your chosen attendance

Multi Card. This affects your fixture score and that of the person above and below* you in the table. Both of theirs will be trebled and yours will be doubled. Type an M after your chosen attendance.

You must only play one card against a fixture

Devo

I am up to the eyeballs yesterday and tonight with my 3 games and have only just logged on to your game,
The midweek games mean a lot of collecting and working out. I will quickly put in my guesses but may have to pack in this fun game if I get any more Mondays/Tuesdays like now.

41444 P
25444
31444
4444
3644 J
3444 M

Cheers

Sorry to hear Sweep has moved on and hope Channon makes a fantastic recovery and comes back soon to bend the rules again.

Welcome to four (so far) new players this week.
With just one existing player yet to post it already looks like it's going to be carnage, with TWO Triple-Dares in play (luckily there's no cross-over, otherwise some-one could have been in big, big trouble).

We have Wooperts_duck, who is up against I am the Herminator and Penshawedave; and pompeymeowth, who is up against chinasaint and guitartrax.
Woopert is being a bit brave/foolish, as he is giving away advantage to Hermy in the discount stakes [can't retract now Woopert - the deed's been done!]
Meowth could be onto a winner and see his weekly score cut in half, as he has a 30% discount against china's 20, with trax yet to post.

We'll just have to wait and see.

Bend the rules?!! I object to the implication, PSD!

Well, I will accept that I may once have slightly modified them at the edges using a coach and horses which happened by....<whistle>

It's just dawned on me that if guitartrax ends up as a non-runner, it is very feasible that, despite having over 400,000 points, he could actually be eliminated. This is because there are two Triple-Dares being played and he is subject to one of them.

The worst score in the Woopert/Hermi/Penshaw one will have his score trebled. Trax, as a non-runner would score double the worst score and, would then have it trebled again because of the other Triple-Dare with china and meowth.

3x2x3=18, so he would score 18 times that of the loser of Woopert's group. If that score is 22,611 or more then Mr Trax's total would fall below zero!
