    dont be daft. even we would have put 2 of those chances away. and yes i know we have scoring problems but i am not as hung up about that as you are. anyway we did not miss them. for the record our goals scored to chances created ratio at Blackpool was a vast improvement from us.

    Hope you're right, I think there may be more goals in it though and am predicting a 2-2 draw with Leeds scoring in the 103rd minute

    I admire you for the fact that you still manage a to spin a positive out of us not creating much @ Bloomfield Road. Admittedly it was a good point but Blackpool looked far superior to be honest

    I agree, he's only played a couple of hundred Premier League games, he's probably useless. :emoticon-0112-wonde

    To be fair he's probably past his best and not good enough for the prem anymore. However, he is a very experienced player who will bring a lot of leadership/defensive quality to a championship defence

    LUFC don't really have a problem scoring it's defending that's the problem. We've scored 52 this season in comparison to a certain teams 32 I'd say that's quite good.

    He's still a free agent, I'm surprised no-one has taken a punt on him, he's already scored 17 in 16 games this season(even if it was in a Mickey Mouse league).

    On the night i would agree with you. Blackpool for 70 mins were well on top Even though we were not as good as we have been. But the lads dug out a point in the end and Evans King and Cullen changed the game by the close. imo another 10 mins and we could have nicked all 3 points. To ride out everything that Blackpool could throw at us it took a quality strike from Ince to break our run of clean sheets. City also got robbed of a goal when the lino gave Fryatts challenge on Wilson as a foul.

    But back to tonight, what better time or game than to go on a goal rampage. Football heaven some may say.

    is he ? i would say he is way past his best and slow from the player he once was. hence why bolton have let him go. hope he plays and our kids can do him for pace. time will soon tell of course. ;)
