Just seen on the Sunderland Banter page on Facebook a video shown a few minutes before Sess got sent off that Tiote swung and hit Catts... I would recommend seeing it because this will explain why Catts was so p**sed off. That was a clear red card. Unlike Tiote Catts got straight back up. This is the Facebook link. http://www.facebook.com/#!/SunderlandAFC11
Nice on Aussie, hope MoN puts this in front of the FA, did you run this on the ****e site, show them their hard man? the cowardly ****.
No I don't otherwise it would have surfaced by now. Lets see if he gets a ban. If not, then I'm right "Penguin"
Probably looks a lot worse at that speed, but let's be totally honest - Cattermole has had that coming for years. I ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE you lot that as soon as that kid is out of your team's colours you lot will be calling him a thug and a dirty bastard, he's got away with far too many. If he has punched him, obviously he should be banned for it but on just that video (because I haven't seen any others) that's not going to get him banned.
I think they'll view it for what it was, a player putting his hand up to protect him from an onrushing midfielder (particularly one who has already committed a red card challenge on you and is known to like a maiming) I'm not sure they could do anything anyway as the ref could not claim he didn't see it at the time.
lol "Like a maiming" how many times has Cattermole "maimed" someone? You really do talk out of your arse
I really wouldn't hold Catts up as your defence. I can list a long line of Cattermole horror tackles, both for yourselves and the Boro. You do realise he has been sent off 6 times in the PL don't you? He is already in an elite bunch. 1= Duncan Ferguson 8 red cards 1= Richard Dunne 8 red cards 1= Patrick Vieira 8 red cards 4= Vinnie Jones: 7 red cards 4= Roy Keane: 7 red cards 4= Alan Smith: 7 red cards 7= Luis Boa Morte: 6 red cards 7= Nicky Butt: 6 red cards 7= Andrew Cole: 6 red cards 7= Eric Cantona: 6 red cards Unfortunately his record tells its own story and the company he keeps. I think he is a good player when he concentrates on the game, I actually quite like him as a player but could never have him as he is a liability. Particularly when you consider Cattermoles age. At this rate he will set a red card mark that no one will ever get close to again. So yeah I can think of quite a few occasions he has gone out to seriously hurt someone, a few of them have results in red cards to back it up. Don't just look at it being a Mag poster trying to wind you up, its true.
