    <ok>

Agreed. May the scousers keep him forever. He is tactically inept and his judgement of players is so good. 35 million for Carroll and lots of millions for Henderson and downing ...<laugh> he is such a buffoon.

Which 1 of the 6 - do people think will recapture their form first?

Suarez - like he was at Ajax
Carroll - like he was at Newcastle
Downing - like he was at Villa
Henderson - like he could've been in a few years at Sunderland
Adam - like he was at Blackpool
Kuyt - like he was for Feynoord

Agreed, I wish him a long reign at Liverpool and may he continue with his fantastic signings on players such as Carroll.

Have you noticed how players tend to get worse when they play for the buffoon? Talk about a reverse Midas touch...every gold he touches turn into ...

Are some of those players really that far off how they played for most of their careers?

Suarez seems more interested in hitting the floor than hitting the net at the minute.

Carroll had only previously had half a season in the EPL playing well for Newcastle who supplied him with an endless supply of long hopeful balls into the box to attack, players like Carlton Cole also had a short good spell in a season when he got his England call up and now he's not looking out of place in the Championship, has Carroll really showed he can be any better?

Downing is nothing more than a mid table workhorse in my opinion, so he hasn't got much to recapture.

Henderson worked hard for Sunderland but never once looked like a top 4 player.

Adam is playing like he did at Blackpool, he would try dozens of long hopeful passes every game but MotD would only show replays of the one that was successful and then talk about his amazingly accurate passing ability, it's not a coincidence that his run of bad form for Blackpool came about when the hugely underrated Vaughan was out injured.

Kuyt will never be like he was for Feyenoord as long as Liverpool keep playing him as a winger, which I never really understood considering his scoring record in Holland was comparable to Suarez's.

Kuyt and Suarez have been decent. It's the British players, that Kenny wants to build his team around, and he so heavily invested in, are average at most. It's okay that you want to prioritise homegrown players, but c'mon, Carroll, Adam, Henderson and Downing, what an eye for spotting talent and potential. Long may he reign over Liverpool.

And ironically enough Kuyt and Suarez were the only two of those six that Dalglish didn't scout...

    I'll answer on his behalf.

He hurdled his local team in search of glory; and picked the wrong club.
