    By your reckoning then Krul should have gone also for pushing McClean and that arsewipe of a defender for pushing his head in ,if McClean had gone down like Twatiote then you lot would be down to 9

    Firstly, I'm not sure if a push in the chest is a red card offence. If it is then 5 players frome ach team could have gone in that brawl. Second, McClean leaned his head right back in at Simpson, so I think equal punishment for both of them was fair considering McClean made the bad tackle in the first place <ok>

    You're wasting your time Cheik. They want something to moan about, they always do. Tiote is the one this time, and if that means being complete hypocrites and turning a blind eye to similar behaviour from their own, then so be it. Just be content we have proven where it matters that we are the better side. When was the last time got out of the derbies with 4 points or more?

    I am very content with how we have done this season, in my opinion we outplayed Sunderland in the second half yesterday and were unlucky not to win. I think if anything the referee was more lenient to them than he was to us. And I think Martin O'Neill acted almost as badly as Pardew did. However these are my opinions, I am happy to talk football and debate it with the few mackems that want to. Sadly, far too many of them are only interested in slanging matches, defending their players no matter what, and comforting themselves for their inferiority by making up that all our players are cheats and theirs are angels etc. However there are some good posters, so if any of them want to debate it in a civil manner (this is only the internet after all) then I'm here to do so <ok>

    mate watch it again as your defender gets up he rests his head on McClean and keeps it there as he gets up, thats a sending off, Krul pushed a player you cant do that red card and tiote buggers belief.

    Well I'm more than happy to have a look at that. He awarded you a penalty that was the correct decision, but he didn't award us 2 penalties for almost identical fouls. Most people (even my mackem chums) agree that Cattermole should have walked after 30 seconds. He could have sent Tiote off. For me he was at least fair, if not biased towards Sunderland. But if there are other instances that I've missed, please tell me.

    I watched it again mate, Simpson shoves his head into McClean, who then responds by pushing his head back into Simpson. Even though Simpson started it, that makes their offences equal by the book of the law. As for Krul, yes he shoved McClean in the chest, but then our teams proceeded to shove every opponent in sight, so should we just have sent everyone off and abandoned the game?

    Tiote was a dick, with what he did. It wasn't even the over-acting; it was the gap between getting a slap and pretending he'd been twatted with a baseball bat.

    Any player who does that deserves all the stick he gets and this hard man image Tiote has has taken a major knock.

    Lots of tiote bashing from the mackems. He hasn't covered himself in glory like but at the end of the day, the game has gone and tiote has nothing more to do with Sunderland. Thank your stars that he is not your player and you don't have to worry about him acting like a girl every week. I for one am glad he plays or us though. No one is perfect.
