Has Snoddy been moved permanently into the middle now then?

You'll find those three behind the striker shifting position quite a lot. Snodgrass and McCormack will want to cut into the middle when they can; not too sure about who the other will be, but probably Webber or Sam. Neither of them is too exciting

I believe FRENCH TICKLER predicted a 4-0 Hull win last time, I sincerely hope his predictions are just as accurate this time round.

Tickler is the eternal optimist, in Ticklerworld every team is poor except ours and we're going to storm every game.

Even the fact that it never happens doesn't dent his optimism. <laugh>

I was stating that we don't get penalties (not just this season, but over the last 6 or 7 years we've never had a lot) and it's partly because we always seem to have a very 'nice' team that don't 'win' them like some players do. You mentioned Gradel there, the only one I saw was the one at Saints (the arbitrary consolation) which was a complete dive. Part of me thought the ref only gave it so he didn't have to listen to any more of the guy's whining (he'd been moaning for ages about other decisions prior to that) I thought you'd have had a few more than that though.

Haha, you're not wrong. I haven't mentioned it in ages because he buggered off to France and it stopped being a concern for me. Don't worry though, he gets a mention in the above paragraph.

He's a dirty cheating **** and nothing less. Worse still, when he does it to the wrong guy and gets one back he goes off crying to all the papers.

As OLM says, it was payback. Becchio was getting away with it all game until he tried it on Ashbee. The next time they were together for a challenge he got one back. Needless to say Ashbee was left alone for the rest of the game. This is what pissed me off. Becchio makes a living out of using his elbows on defenders and then when he takes one back it's 'assault' and he wants retribution. This kind of thing is the exact problem I have with Leeds as a team.

Weird that since it was a handball from an Adam Clayton flick up.

To be fair, that's the rep their fans used to have as well in the 80s.

Smashing up the seats at Bournemouth and Grimsby etc

I'm well pissed off now. I read this post, thought 'what's he on about', got a nice video ready and got all worked up about the dive before realising it wasn't even awarded and it was a while before the penalty that was given <laugh> I remember watching that game in the pub, but I didn't think I was that drunk.

At 3:20 ish there's the dive; which for some reason he has an immense paddy about. God knows what he was thinking there.

Probably something along the lines of "I want my team do well and get the decisions out of this difficult game".

Oh so cheating's okay if you're Leeds. I see.

Cheating is one thing that pisses me off, but players/managers moaning about decisions when they were cheating anyway is even worse. That reminds me of a story about Snodgrass, but I've told it on here many times before and we all know you're not a very nice team anyway. I wouldn't be telling anyone anything new.

Frankly if my team gets a decision that came through cheating, I don't care. I want us to win, naturally I'd rather it was fair but decisions go both ways in football and you don't turn them down when you get them.

That's fair enough, I have a similar stance, I don't care if cheating players get coined. :bandit:

If the Argies invade the Falklands again Becchio will have to do one back to his homeland.

If memory serves me right Ardiles
and Villa had to last time it kicked off.

Becchio is a good striker at this level and he doesn't mind giving it out .

Nowt wrong with that as long as you can take a bit back when it's given. Unfortunately for Becchio he's a big girls blouse and as soon as he gets a taste of his own medicine he cries like a great big fairy.

    FACT.

There's a difference between "getting it back" and being assaulted like he was by Ashbee.

    That's ironic, Logi. ;)

Before I check that I'm going to guess this is yet another link to us singing 'Mauled by the tigers', a song which Leeds fans have never managed to grasp the irony of.

EDIT: Well **** me. At least you lot aren't predictable.

It was the exact same thing he gives out, only his victims don't cry about it.
