It all went so wrong for Celtic yesterday, only one point gained on the club in administration, possibly soon to be liquidated. Only consolation for Celtic fans was that the game was fixed for 12 noon on a Saturday after a Celtic squad had 15 players across the four corners of the world on international duty. No one can blame TV as Yesterday game was played at almost the same time as Arsenal V Liverpool. If game had been played today it would have been played at almost the same time as Newcastle V Sunderland not exactly a TV glamour game as Arsenal V Pool. Should we blame the SPL, doubtful any organisation that could not spot 6/8 months ago that Craig White wasn't a fit and proper person to own their long time favourite club Rangers, could not be expected to arrange fixtures to the detriment of a club. Since Neil Lennon has become Manager, many many posters who are sure of their expertise, have sneered, derided, down right condemned N.L. for signing too many centre midfield players. These experts would need to hold up their hands and admit once again they were wrong. On Saturday N.L had to weaken his back four to get a make shift two men centre midfield. As is usual Celtic with only two centre midfield players failed to control the game sufficiently to win and we dropped our first pair of points in something like 18 SPL games. Obviously with two cup games coming up next, N L could not risk starting big Victor and was forced to start two rookie's in full back positions. Remember all the sneering at all the right backs, not most evidence yesterday of spare right backs. The other thing worth noticing I think, is that without Scot Brown we are struggling more than normal. Lets hope he is back for the next two weekends.
Yellow belly. I don't blame you, your mind does be on other things and you don't understand a football post. Maybe in a few years when you grow up a wee bit you may be o/k.
Yesterday celtic crest broke. F**k me, if i were you i would just stop posting now,you have got to be the thickest, most illiterate C**T on here.
Dev, You would not understand but some years one the Scottish newspapers showed a broken Celtic crest after Celtic had lost a couple of pre-season games in America. Since then it has become a joke among Celtic fans if they had any slip up in results, then that would be seen as a broken Celtic crest. It is always a pleasure of mine to let non Celtic fans become aware of wee items from history, that Johnny come lately fans are not aware of. Don't forget Dev anything you need to know just ask Harry or myself, we will make a knowledgeable Celtic fan out of you yet.
I am fully aware of the broken crest in the Record thanks, but as usual you have avoided a serious question, I asked "why yesterday"?
Super whooper, you are an ex hun trying to make everyone think you are a tim ------F**K OFF ,support your gorbal SH*TE
You are all very harsh ; I am sure the title of this thread merely elu des to the breaking of the crest of the winning wave that celtic had been on.....nothing wrong with a bit of poetic licence now and then
He posted the thread on Sunday saying about a cracked crest 'yesterday'. That would mean the cracked crest would have appeared on the day of the game.
As I said, I don't think anyone seriously suggested that the cracked crest (referring to the drawn game with Aberdeen), actually appeared in a newspaper or anywhere else. Was sh not just using a little poetic licence?
