After sacking AVB and bollocking the players on Sunday, Roman says they are all playing for their futures. Who will be the new man and will he rule with an iron fist and crush this heirarchy of senior players.

For my money it would be Mourinho but would settle for a Zola/Clarke partnership. Also I would like it known that I would rather have my foreskin pulled over my head, greased and shoved up Fergies arse rather than have that fat Spanish ****er Benitez at Chelsea.

    Who would you have?

    No Wums, or else<grr>

Zola would be a bad (or at least very risky) choice in my view Robby. Has done very little of note as a manager. With the players we have, I think it is clear they need to be managed by someone they respect as a manager and therefore the likes of Jose, Hiddink etc.

Why not Brendan Rodgers,he knows the club inside out,His sides play lovely attractive football and being as he trained most of them he knows all our young talent coming through....and he wouldnt cost the earth.

It's a great shout, but again would he have the experience to deal with the idiots? AVB was a scout, rogers coached the reserve team...etc etc

Brilliant style of football with Swansea but did sod all with Reading before that...AVB wanted to play a different style than we are used to and didn't have the personel to implement it, Rogers may be the same looking at the way he's got Swansea set up...

Edit: When I say didn't have the personnel, I mean in the first team squad per se...he evidently didn't want to try our youth players for some reason...

It's a good shout but a big step up especially in terms of pressure.

Just received a text from a mate who has just heard (claims to have anyway) on the radio that Stan James are closing betting on Benitez after a punter has staked £75,000. Did anyone hear this, or which radio station?

I don't actually believe him but also have no reason not to normally, he's not answering back now though. Tosser.

I am, until I hear something concrete. ;)

It does make so much sense though, but also makes an opposite amount of nonsense. Depends whether RA wants to put all his eggs in one basket and concentrate on the CL, ignoring everything else.

Being London's top club for close to a decade I 'd say we can demand anybody we damn well like. As London's perennial third club who do you think your going to get when Harry ****s you off for the England dosh?

    Glen Roeder.

One good shake in 50 years and your all gobby little twats. Know your place and **** off<laugh><laugh>
