Surely Roman will eventually see how important stability is for a club:

Man Utd - alex ferguson - trophy after trophy
Arsenal - Wenger - numerous trophies and consistant top 4 team despite losing top players/low spending
Moyes - Do people think Everton would of survived and stayed competitive on a shoestring budget if they didn't keep faith with him?

The sheer class and ability of Mourinho's team sustained their success for a while but the chopping and changing of managers has now taken its toll IMO

Even Man City have kept faith with Mancini despite the spending and just the fa cup so far...
