Fulham stuck 5 past Wolves this afternoon and looked completely in control from the start. Wolves weren't at the races at all and couldn't handle the attacking options that Fulham threw at them.
The Pog got his 5th goal in 3 games. What a signing he is so far, certainly puts in to perspective the stats cmpared to Zamaora who scored 5 in the first half of the season.

We played some tasty football, we played as a team all marshalled by the captain, Murphy who played in Demps for his first goal with a sublime pass. Diarra came on with 20 to ga and looked assured, his pass to Demps for the 5th was excellent.

All in all a great team perfomance against a poor Wolves team but it takes us up to 8th in the league with a positive goal difference too.

    Fabulous stuff from the boys!

p.s. Big Mart making an impact now I think.

Starting to look like a very good team now. Good positive attacking football, something we haven't seen in a very long time. In Jol we trust!

Then he'll be saying rubbish Pog is!

Three on the spin! Just what we need at the right end of the season!

Great performance today, from the 1st minute to the 90th. Every bit as comprehensive as the demolition of QPR earlier in the season. Dembele in the centre is a revelation - the guy just never gives the ball away. He and Murphy pulled the strings, while the movement from the front players created plenty of space for them to play the ball into. Pog took his goals well, as did Dempsey, and AJ did a great job getting in behind the Wolves defence and caused problems all afternoon. He deserved better luck with his shot that clipped the bar at the end. Nice cameo from Diarra too. In Jol we trust indeed! I think Wolves will go down based on that performance. After the game, my mate and I were discussing the teams down the bottom we've seen this season and it's hard to think of a worse side who've visited the Cottage so far.

What an atmosphere it was today?

We could have easily scored double that. Pog is a player who wants to be here. Faster than BZ and more technical.

Dembele and Murphy simply dictated the game. 4-4-2 and pretty straight win.

And we should not forget Dempsey... Always a contributor.

Murphy was outstanding. His ball over the top to AJ who shot and Pog knocked in for his 3rd was superb.
We have got terrific movement, wingers contributing we look sharp going forwards with goals throughout the team.
Negatives - Hughes at RB. Not for me, he was ok but its not his natural position and this needs to be addressed.
    Dickson what's the score...every goal.
Wolves worst side to visit CC along with QPR. Wolves to go down for sure.

We were absolute class today. The whole team worked so well as a unit. Offensively when we play like that we could take on anyone in the league. Pogrebnyak is so well suited to the premier league, his strength and ability is amazing. What I really like about him is that he is an intelligent striker that understands what his role is and how to do it. He is composed and yet very determined. The only downside is that if he keeps scoring like this he will cost a lot more that first expected.

Thought Demps was brilliant as well, he is thriving under Jol. His finishing is second to none. Agreed about Dembele and Murph's, they are forging a really good partnership. Both good with the ball, Dembele's turn of pace is devastating.

A performance that should fill every Fulham with delight of the signs of things to come. Martin Jol take a bow, your persistence to get the players doing what you know they can do is paying off.

Pog will be a free agent in the summer so he won't cost us anything. There is a massive difference between his attitude and Bobby's attitude in the first half of the season! Looks like we've got ourselves a player. Dembele is pure class and Murphy may have lost the legs but he is still a top class player.

Fantastic game ... I had a feeling we'd blow out Wolves. The biggest surprise for me was Diarra, actually. He oozed class out there, I thought. I don't know where he fits in the lineup, with Murphy and Dembele forging such a great relationship, but he's great.

Top notch performance and MJ has certainly won me round with his work on the team and his signings. Looks like we have ourselves a striker who knows where the goal is.

The team looks a good, drilled unit with flair, skill and effort balanced in equal measures. They looked happy as a team and that probably says something about the dearly departed, I guess.

Anyway - fantastic, couldn't be happier and even if we lost every game from now until the end of the season (which I know we won't) then we would still more than likely be safe now.

Yes absolute top draw stuff. Total team performance oozing skill and massive work rate.

I didn't think Wolves played that bad first half and at leats they tried to play football (remember last year !) and I said to myself is this just an excellent performance or it down to a poor Wolves team. It may be a bit of both perhaps but my were we good today.

Our passing was exceptional and we took them all over the park. Whole team was just class today.

Have to say also this Diarra guy looked good also - spoilt to choice now.

Still we must not get carried away - we'll still be on last on Match of the day !! (some things don't change)

Congrats today boys. I really think you should be challenging the champions league places with your team. Maybe next year if you dont start so poorly.

P.s. Make sure you keep Dempsey warm for us next year. Thanks.

Thanks, congrats on your wins over the spuds and scousers. I think Champions League is beyond us, especially now there are potentially 7 teams in it now but if we carry on improving who knows in a few seasons time?

And Dempsey said he wants a CL team - why would he go to your lot ;)

P.S. For what it's worth, now that AVB has gone I think you're the best bet for fourth.

We got 3rd in the bag mate. To be honest I hope wenger goes for dembele in the summer. I think under wengers eye he could turn into one of the best players in the league.

We could swap him for Van Persie. Under Jol's eye, RVP could turn into a really good striker. And we could do with a good back up for the Pog.

This is so true. Skillful, efficient and good team spirit.

Someone said Pog was fast, I slightly disagree - I think it's good anticipation and short burst acceleration - right place/right time sort of striker. Seems so genuinely pleased with his reception - he's a bit Fulhamish!

Let's hope we get Pog tied in for 3/4 years in the summer
