I did the Lords tour too Roller. Mrs Rangercol got me a kind of "red lettter day" thing as a present. Spent the morning in the nets with Mike Gatting and the afternoon touring the ground. Great day! The highlight was me playing a cover drive in the nets and, as luck would have it, Gatting was watching me. I've dined out on his comment for years...."great shot Col, top shot that". (Heaven!!).
Sounds great Col, but are you sure it was a cover drive? Flyer told me it was a flick off your pads and you were caught at square leg!
