The crowd yesterday was 20,901, of which 2,000 were Southampton fans. That means less than 19,000 of yours bothered to turn up. I suggest you put your own house in order before you start slagging our wonderful fans off.

Just got back from field trip and I was blissfully unaware of the events at Elland Road (thankfully!!!!!!!!!!!!!). I knew we won 1-0 but what I didn't know was the miracle that was Kelvin Davis (with a little help from the bar). By the sounds of it we could easily have lost 6-1 but for the brilliance of Davis. Just about to watch FLS. Have I summed that up right?

That's because we're boycotting Elland Road. We still have the best fans in England, it's just that most of them choose to go away rather than home these days, because going to Elland Road means financing Ken Bates' destruction of the club. Your fans paid a lot of money to follow their team, fair play, but I didn't think they portrayed themselves in a good light with the supine display of 'passion'. Yes, I am happy. Thank you. Although my point was mainly that fans can combat overzealous stewarding if they try and don't just yield like the Saints lot did. And are you joking about our fans? 3-0 down and we were by all accounts as loud as we've ever been. Got some videos on YouTube if you want proof.
