Why? Him leaving will unite the dressing room and get the best out of players that he alienated.

As a neutral I see it as the only option. He was out of his depth. Picking certain players and dropping others just to prove a point. Poor tactically, and so on.

    You're owner is a ******.

Never should of hired him in the first place.

Should you now hire rafa he will be upgraded to a ****tard because only a true ****tard would make as many stupid decisions as that russian plank you have.

I was hoping you'd keep him and the rest of JT's muppets until we've beaten you again.

Really poor decision, pandering to player power will damn any incoming manager

And this is from a QPR fan, you're making Flav & Bernie look sensible

Feel sorry for Boas, not his fault the older players such as Lampard,Cole etc acted like spoilt kids. I'm afraid player power wins again.

you're right Drogs but this couldn't continue & there was no way it was going to get better this season. Maybe something can be salvaged but I doubt it! Not with the "wrong uns" that we have.

Why? He went a season unbeaten winning a treble in the process, people can't see into the future. I would have hired Hiddink instead but that doesn't mean hiring AVB was stupid. I believe he had great plans for Chelsea and it's a shame our 'leaders' have got in the way of yet another manager.

    Another one bites the dust!

Inredible. Roman is becoming a joke.

The at the quality he has fired - at some point he has to question himself.

About ****ing time. If a man cant get the best out of that group of players he deserves the sack. Unfortunately it has come too late and we may not be in the champions league next year.

He was way out of his depth.

England is a VERY different place to Portugal. In Portugal there is no pressure. Its easy in comparison.

The Russian simply thought if Mourinho came from portugal then AVB will be exactly the same.

    In essence......Roman Abramovich is a ******.

This, but I also agree with Drogs. No player is bigger than the club

It's crazy really - sacking the manager and putting an assistant in charge until the end of the season?

Blackburn and Wolves haven't benefited thus far... although RDM was a manager in his own right before - maybe he'll get the job full-time?

Think we'll have to agree to disagree here, I was excited with what AVB's plans were. He looked as if he was finally going to get rid and stand up to the players running the clubs from the dressing room.

Roman, Gourlay AND Buck are the ******s for sacking someone who said this whole thing would take time!

They should've listened to the same song I was throughout this...
