Evening all - just back and a nice supper of Sirloin steak and JP's washed down with a nice Burgundy to celebrate. What a game, a real old "rollacoster" - a couple of mates did not get out of The V bar in the second half!

gotta admit, i thought we were dead and buried at 2-0 too...but if Mapps hadn't given them the first goal, my prediction would have been right for a change! lol...not that i'm complaining, what a fantabulous game (in the second half!)...football...a game of two halves...certainly it was today!

Morning from a very rainy Gloucester, if you guys over in the East of the country have not got it yet, don't worry it's on its way;)

Morning all, although it looks as if most of you are still tucking into a third or fouth round of toast and marmalade. :)

A gentle day here I feel is called for after the stress of yesterday afternoon. Still there is nothing to beat a good fightback from your team. <ok>

Nice one Yorkie - good to see music can have an influence as well. Beautiful photographs in the gallery - I really liked the NZ ones.

Pouring down in bandit country PSH...it's quite nice to hear cars splashing through the puddles...

    Morning all.

Chucking it down here...a shame because it's Mrs H's grandson's christening this afternoon. Tricky enough getting a two tier cake there (40 miles or so) in fine weather..

Strange game yesterday and I still don't know how we managed to win it. We looked set up to defend and desperately short of width and ideas for an hour or so. Buaben has some good qualities but he's not a natural wide player. Mariappa looked more uncertain than I've ever seen him and, having missed the last two games, I'm puzzled as to why we replaced Loach with Kusczak. He doesn't look any better at coming for crosses. Still, we kept going and the ball fell kindly for us a couple of times. I imagine Burnley will be wondering how they managed to lose that one.

With Cardiff losing 0-2 at home, Malky M must be wondering if he's next. ;)

But you're right - it's lunacy, and something needs to be done to stop it. Banning cashed-up foreign investors looking for a tax dodge may be a start............
