The deep flaw in the chant are the words âby far the greatest team the World has ever seenâ. This is a very subjective notion and the chances are that whoever you are singing it about is in fact not by far the greatest team the world has ever seen. Waddo Having like yourself watched football from all division's and Leagues the last 50 odd years.. I think we know a thing or two about good/bad football when we see it. And to Pete D?? Why that comment.. we Stoke fans KNOW when we've played badly. Unlike certain fans and I'm not talking about Utd either... Some fans are so biased with their views it beggars belief. As for that table, Anyone could make those up Waddo? I know enough as do many Stoke fans and I ain't going to argue over what is basically a list of clubs.
