Yes, if you can now go out there, continue to play like that, and beat our promotion rivals for us, then that would be very much appreciated. (I see that you're next three games are Hull, Boro and West Ham).

In all fairness it's not West Ham I'm worried about. If they catch us as they probably will, so be it - it's Reading I'm scared of.

Similarly West Ham fans shouldn't be looking to catch us, simply pull away from Reading.

The boycotts been going on all season! The LUST protests were called off to get behind Warnock and the team.

Wow.What a thrilling match,I must say that Leeds deserved the win, they were by far the best team and totally outplayed us,but we defended admirably and we got lucky at times.
Leeds should of had a penalty before we scored that fantastic goal by Lamberto.

Still not sure how to include multiple quotes in replies so just brining this forward to remind those who asked why to the above,

    1. That's called winning ugly. We were pumped tonight. Yes SKD was MOM but the fact that he was only called on five or six times speaks volumes.
    2. I cannot deny that he is passionate but what he spouts (and always has spouted) on the touchline would get ANY player sent off for dissent within minutes.

    1. Only??? Five or six superb saves!

    2. NW was very graceful in defeat if you listened to Yorkshire Radio.

There's always one tool, well done!

Reading game is big, a win will pretty much kill them off, ruin their confidence, and keep them as playoff contenders.

The only thing I saw from Warnock was a lot of passion, he got frustrated by a few decisions but don't all managers?

Warnock is a great person and manager.
You were so unlucky, you're lads played ever so well, but our keeper was immense tonight.

Most of the time he had reason to be frustrated too - I've always thought he was a ****er but he seemed fine today. I've no complaints about him.

In other news, Hooiveld on Twitter:

"The whole of leeds police force is looking for our bus.. Probably because there are three stolen points in it! Hahaha #lovethempoints"

    Good man!

    Very original tweet!

I feel drained after that game, god knows how the players feel.

Good luck to Saints, despite the battering we gave you the class was still there to see, especially that twat (in the nicest possible way) Lambert!

I didn't see too much class from us today, just a gritty determined performance. No quality from us today bar the odd moment.

You move the ball well, I was always wary of you on the break, especially with our previous defensive performances.

Thing is, with football it's about putting the ball in the net. It's not about missed chances and having greater possession it's about scoring more goals than your opponents. Everything about the actual match (and training) is about scoring a goal(s). Good for you if you want to support magnificent losers (your words, not mine). Best of luck with that one. <ok>

    You're still Dirty Leeds. Fact.

ps. Who actually was the clown who thought it was tough to leave his boots all over Hammonds head after he had fouled him? Who was the clown who high fived his idiot mate after he'd scythed down Chaplow? Dirty Leeds.

Stats aren't everything (except the score) but no one has had more possession or made more chances against us than Leeds, so have to give credit to them. We had to work hard for those points.

And yet look at the scoreline. In years to come, people will talk about how Leeds battered us, yet we withstood the onslaught and with a clean, excellently executed chance, we won the game. When memory fades, people will just see the scoreline. Top teams of the past occasionally won that way, away from home. Teams that weren't aiming to be the best didn't win like that. They'd lose. Today may have marked a turning point in the resilience of this Saints side. Be proud.
