We have been robbed of plenty of points in the past, the difference was 2 players, Rickie goal machine and SKD, the best keeper in the Championship

Lets not forget the Leeds players. We gave it everything, and you were not given any space (apart from once) and were not allowed to play your normal game..

Indeed, let's not. Even Danny Webber looked dangerous, and he's ****. Leeds were brilliant and deserved so much more - but hey, I'm not complaining!

 

Yeah, your lads certainly played against us the way you have to play against us, especially when we're away from home. Reading had done the best job to date of denying us space, I think, but Leeds were one better on that account.

 

It is a funny old game, Leeds were robbed in truth, unless you consider how good Lambos goal was, and KD definitely didn't deserve to be on the losing side, his critics will have to eat their words big time tonight. Commiserations Leeds, but we have been there and done that all too often, we have had very little good luck this season, we used it all up in this one game.

 

Please play like this for the rest of the season Leeds. Good luck for the rest of the season, I am sure you can stop some of our promotion rivals.

 

How did we win omg.

 

Warnock inferred that they didn't get the penalty decision because they were playing the top of the league... but can understand his fustration.

 

Kelvin knows it too, even on the answer machine on his mobile, it says 'Hi, this is Super KD...'

Funny thing is (I'm not going to find the picture, but there is one), in training the players have their initials on their shorts... we once found a picture with Kelvin having SKD written on his

 

I thought Leeds tonight were excellent. I think the way the teams were set up this evening, dictated, to a certain extent how the game went. We were counter-attacking and soaking up pressure. People will criticise us for sitting too deep and inviting pressure. We didn't choose to sit deep. We were forced back, by a determined Leeds side. It was a real battling match.

 

How'd you work that one out then?

 

Leeds players missed at least two absolute sitters, to the point where I still don't understand the physics of how they didn't go in. That is a large part of this result. We took our chance in the one chance we had in the final third. As much as we played awfully, it was still a pretty decent (though seriously messy) defensive performance. Our men were always there in the right place to mop up after eg. Kelvin's parries. We've been on the end of some of those sort of keeping performances this season, like against Schmeichel in the first Leicester game. When a keeper is on that sort of form, it's tough to get past. We got absolutely battered, though! Amazing!

 

Our biggest win of the season so far. Make no mistake about, our biggest win of the season.

If you want to be champions, if you want to get promoted, you need to win certain games ugly. And the fact that this one was away to Leeds makes it even better.

 

How can people say Guly went missing? I thought he was an enforcer when he came on and did a great job!
