    if they can break in they can break out <ok> time for some lead lining me thinks.

    i lived in a flat with a basement a few years ago where you could go exploring along under the tennement, used to think it was hilarious whilst pissed to go a couple of houses down and scratch on the floorboards about <laugh>

    that flat was also haunted which was fun

    Certainly has potential to be a good time saver - no digging required, bit of a conversion and away you go - not too sure how much soundproofing would be needed though? I mean the walls run a bit close to the normal house

    i'm fine with the noise, i imagie that its not a semi detached and mrs.lr isnt that gobby because she knows where she's going if she is :bandit:

    sound proofing is easy, concrete it up = no sound <ok>

    no, i'm definately against soundproofing the dungeon of my country home. it helps keep the staff in check.
