I know Valdez is very good from watching him win twice Quel <ok> impressive on debut and he got home in a Bumper for Jumpers off 11 stone 11

Turn Over Sivola

“Was ready to run last season then had a few issues and I always thought he was as good as Montbazon and I still do. He’ll debut in November.”

Quel - check out that Westmorstown ´preview thread - post 8 or 9 from Hawkeye when they talk about the champ bumper that Charlie Morlock (spelling?) is quoted as saying "CM – No idea but they’ll win Saturday’s Newbury bumper with My Tent Or Yours!"

I think Stick is going to be on tonight with info for Kangaroo Court in the 2.20 at Donny tomorrow. Fehilly could have chosen that one or a decent chance on Ouzbeck at Newbury and goes to Donny.

Zen great scenes mate <ok>. And I agree in regards to the GC. I love the triple fist pump from Paul Nicholls after Kautos win at Haydock

Afternoon All,

will be hard to get away from the favs today at most of the meetings so hard to find some value.

Will be going for a treble at Newbury of Romulous D'artix, Charm School and Ballyallia Man.

Elswehere I like the chances of Ability N Delivery at Lingfield, and Justazaippy at Doncaster.

Cant believe French Ties done my treble in, but the other two winning more than made up for it <laugh>

I think if Carberry had gone for him earlier he'd have finished 3rd.

This is the point.

If anyone read Carberry's autobiography he pretty much makes this point. Under instructions from Meade Harchibald hit the front a fair bit from home against Brave Inca in Punchestown the following month and got beaten further so there'd a been no advantage in him hitting the front sooner,he'd a been beaten further. The thing people don't realise about Harchibald is that the horse had serious problems in getting air into his lungs which is one reason he ran with his head up. People saying the horse didn't give his all or suchlike no very little about racing. The horse gave everything he had on the bridle, horses like Brave Inca, Albertas Run etc need to be flogged to give their all! A succint difference! Harchibald was a magnificent horse who just came up a neck short against a very good horse in Hardy Eustace, no disgrace in that.
