Gerrard returned to Melwood today and will undergo assessment from the club's medical team after being substituted in the 32nd minute of England's 3-2 defeat to Holland on Wednesday night. Dalglish told reporters at Melwood: "The players will be arriving shortly, so we'll get an assessment when we speak to the medical people and look at it from there. "If I don't know what it is, I can't tell you whether there is every chance or no chance (of Gerrard facing Arsenal), so rather than speculate it's best for us to just wait and see what the medical people have to say once they've seen him." One man almost certain to miss Saturday's lunchtime clash with Arsenal is Agger, who suffered a fractured rib during the Carling Cup final win over Cardiff. Dalglish said: "He's got a fractured rib, so maybe it will be a few weeks. "Anybody that is injured is a miss. Daniel has been playing fantastically well this year, but we'll miss anybody that is not fit and available. "The squad is there to cover eventualities, injuries and suspensions - and we'll need to cover for Daniel if he's going to be out for a few weeks." Dalglish will check on the rest of his squad later today when they return to training following the international break as they step up preparations for the Gunners game. He added: "What we've got and who we've got (to play Arsenal), I don't know because we haven't trained since the international matches. "We had 12 or 13 players away, so we'll have to wait and see how everybody is when they come back." Source:http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/latest-news/gerrard-and-agger-latest
Dribbling. I am one of The Wise Men I have already informed this board that Gerrard is out and that Johnson is not, AND is fit as fu.k (see your own thread 'Johnson Out of England Squad'. YOu have much to learn
Red Hardron Collier..hands up: but some people need some convincing that it was not a 'guess work' that was what they told me privately.
I've never been down a coal mine in my fu.king life. Some of the mancs on here live in those parts. My source has the force with him and is one of 'The Wise Men'
Just to let you all know, I have made myself available for Liverpool if needs be..so there is no need to be alarmed about Gerrard's fitness.
I don't consider myself as one of the wise men...slightly higher than that, more of an Oracle type figure. I already know the result of this weekends game, can't really tell you as it could cause havoc and may effect the result if it gets out into the mass media. You can't tell a team that they are going to win, thus meaning they don't bother turning up.
If you're going to claim to be an oracle.................................. ......................................Spell correctly
