Good to see Crack Away Jack in this, and apparently his intended target too. I thought he ran an eyecatching race first time up for Nicholls at Cheltenham over 2m and I think the extra distance will suit. He's one to consider but might well be overbet considering connections.
I agree 100% Zenyatta, he went into my notepad for this race after that race with Nicholls saying he needs further. He then got highlighted in bold after his run at Ascot the other weekend, it was a hurdle race to protect chase mark and lets say Ruby "handled him carefully". I'm on at 14s with a half decent single wager and a few doubles, race looks between him and SALUT FLO at the moment, just waiting for something to come out of the pack but ............ I bet Crack Away Jack is fav or 2nd fav on the day.
Ferdy has been quietly plotting this race for Divers all season - obviously with Graham Lee being out there are pilot issues and he gets on very well with the horse. 14s backed into 12s this week and guaranteed to go off single figures, 10st 8lb is a great weight and knowing a couple of the owners they expect him to go very well....
Really ? Where was that ? Syndicate manager said last week that no riding plans would be decided until 5 days before the race - though he can be a sneaky one....

Not a tricky ride and sits out the back, is this the sort of ride McCoy enjoys? Although a combo of Ferdy and AP sounds like danger to the bookies Shall be interested in what Ferdy has to say tomorrow evening ;-)
Just watched a re-run of Divers beating McCoy on Quantativeasing last season maybe that's what has persuaded AP to take the ride ;-)
So frustrated that they are getting AP on him, all of his value will soon leave the ring. He does look a plot and a half though.
