Not taking any credit away from you, and nor am I sounding off about us you'll notice, but it is too early to say what will happen at the end of the season.

i agree it is too early to admit which way it will swing.....it will be a cracking home run to the end of the season though and in an ideal world id like Newcastle to get it but if you got it at the expense of the goons then great...ill still stik my neck out and say we will get 3rd..not arrogance....just think our so called blip is coinciding with tough fixtures and after that we should be able to feel more confident and that will see us through..however..bottom line is..this is football.

The biggest problem here is that we need AVB to have relative success in the remainder of the season to keep his job, i.e CL football, clawing back the Napoli game, possibly the F.A Cup (if we were to not win it). That is the only way we'll end up with Jose, if his favoured options dry up. We also have to be aware that if we were to beat United this weekend then City will be that much closer to the title. If Mancini doesn't win it, he'll be gone and Jose will come in. For me those are the two other possible vacancies other than us so we will be up against it. Personally i think he'll be Chelsea manager at the start of next season, he loves them and can you really see him giving that up to sleep with the enemy. Chelsea hate us and he knows it.

 

Don't worry about all those maybe's mate he won't go to Spuds because he doesn't do 'Pro-Bono' and you can't pay enough for his sevices, You also can't afford the £150million he would have to spend to make you real title contenders and you couldn't afford to pay their wages if you did.

Just be happy being London's third club, best not to have delussions of grandeur.
