PP offer is good but at the minute you can get better prices elsewhere and they are still antepost rules (ie non NRNB). I will wait until nearer the day when we get better odds/NRNB offer.

I went to visit the A King stable last week and picked up that they are expecting a big run from SWEET IRONY 8/1 BANGOR 3.25.

    Best of luck all.

Little bits of money for Bobs Worth and Walkon in the RSA Chase market after the Weekender's ante-post man tipped both up this morn.

RV, he seems to be of the opinion that the race is going to cut up massively and that Walkon will be nowhere near a 50/1 shot come post time. Also says on 'Racing Post ratings' the horse emerges as the 4th highest in the field.

    SBC <ok>

I have been disappointed in him on his last two starts tbh. Don't think his jumping is good enough and I can't see him troubling Grand Crus

Also eyecatching money for Pip Hobbs’ Snap Tie in the County Hurdle. This one is now a 10YO and ain’t ran since October 2009 but was formerly very, and I do mean very, classy. Looking back at some of his form it looks exceptional now.

Sprinter Sacre will be hard to beat but I think Peddlers Cross is the only one that can do it. Therefore, I'll be lumping all my potential profit onto him and hoping for the upset. <cheers>

Well there was another very recent Fontwell bumper winner also from a yard that you would not associate with Festival bumper winners that you could ask my opinion on ;-)

He doesn't need classes, what he needs are Long Run's earplugs. That would calm him right down.

Snap Tie was going to be one of my susprise selections I was going to throw up on dthe morning of Cheltenham <ok> Looked very sharp on the gallops the other day on a Hobbs stable video. Prepared for this race only as far as I gather. Very smart form, but long, long absence to overcome.

RV, Interesting that he has gone for Parker over Gerrard, not my choice but hope he does well tonight.

Does Steven Gerrard offer anything to an England team in international football?

Rarely takes a player on, have never seen him use a piece of skill. He's just pacey with a powerful shot, and who hasn't got the mentality or nerve to score a penalty in a shoot out.

Parker has been excellent for England all season and he would be a great captain. The sooner we strip out the deadwood failures of the last 8 or so years, the better.

Lampard should go, Gerrard should go, Ferdinand should go, Terry should go. Put some fresh enthusiasm in there.
