Good post - uncertainty does can have a negative effect however that same uncertainty existed when Redknapp was in court. I would like to say that players, at 50k per week (over £2m per year) should be able to rise above these uncertainties and that the board should be able to mitigate things. Well, that's my bit anyway.

Yes of course well paid players should rise above this, but clearly they don't or psychological factors would never have an affect on footie when clearly they often do. The problem is that if anything I would have put Harry's strengths more at man management than tactically (not that he's a bad tactician, but he's just very good at motivation) and when the motivational stuff fails the team looks really bad!

It is inevitable Modric and Bale will go to United, city or a bigger club one day unless their form drops. They want regeular Champions League football and won't get it at Spurs
