Aren't we only 9 points ahead of the delegation spots though, havnt looked. If we get nothing at wigan, they're only 6 points behind us. So, I'm worried.
Ok lads fromthestands here just popt over from the latics site just to get the strength of feeling about Saturday and i must say what is being said bi you lads is pretty much the same as what being said by the latics lads except for us every game is a must win game when you are propping up the premier league But i must say that even if the results have not gone you way with what i have seen of you you are still pretty solid around the park and i think the game on Saturday will be very tight and could go anyway and its a must win game for both clubs to be realistic i`m thinking more of a draw. anyway see you Saturday lads and bring a good crowd.
Hi guys. In general, I stay off your board, but I have been browsing every now and then. I watch you guys on TV a bit, and I really enjoy it. I am 90% certain you will stay up. It may get nerve-wracking at times, but you look a better team than the clubs below you when you are on song. I think you were going to have a rough patch at some point this season. Stay positive and get behind the lads and show Wigan how to play football
Cheers buddy. It wouldnt be fun being a fan without the rollercoaster ride would it. Good luck with your push... if you play like you did on the weekend it will happen
With the current form of the bottom five you will need to lose the next eight games to get drawn in.You will be OK.
.......canary here, most of us, if not all, want you to avoid relegation, so beat wigan and you are almost safe. i reckon safety could be as low as 35 points this season, with 4 teams on 21 points or less with just 12 games to go means with you on 30 they need threequarters of a point more than you PER MATCH. can you see that happening. keep the faith and we'll do the double over you again next year (maybe). on an aside, how do you feel about no graham or sinclair in the england squad. we thought ruddy would certainly get in and with late withdrawals hoped holt would be given a trial. but, hey, we're not one of the bigger clubs so obviously our players can't be good enough.
You are safe now.Well done and enjoy the rest of the season. Now we can both sit back and watch the QPR millionares struggle to survive.IMHO they won't.
QPR will be a force next season if they stay up so for me its vital that they get relelgated this year!! i would prefer Bolton and Blackburn to stay up as financially they are both in the hole and that will have an influence next season, Wigan,Wolves and QPR would do just fine for me
